This mixed-use project is one of the first new residential buildings in the area to be influenced by new City of Denver Zoning requirements aimed at restoring the walkability and Main Street feel of the Tennyson St. corridor. The Tennyson St. townhomes consist of 27 residential units and 2,000 SF of ground-floor retail located at 41st & Tennyson St. in Denver. This podium-style building combines resident convenience with modern urban living on the most lively street in the Berkely neighborhood.
