Vasquez Mixed Use project is 2 mirrored structures that each house 12 residential units over 1st floor commercial. Residential units vary from 630 sf for a 1 bedroom to 2160 for a 3-bedroom plus a den penthouse unit built into the gabled roof. The project joins others in the Roam Development in Winter Park, Colorado. The stone, wood, metal building materials, as well as the large, divided windows, not only relate to the entire development, creating a cohesive community with a modern mountain flair, but also provide a building with lots of visual texture and light.
