We Don’t Waste is a non-profit that started as a grassroots effort to redistribute surplus food donations from local restaurants and has recently expanded into a new 27,000 SF facility that includes ample room for new education and community outreach divisions, an in-house commercial kitchen, and an expansive warehouse that more than doubles the organization’s donation storage capacity.
